DELIVERY
We ship with GLS and you normally receive your delivery within 1-3 business days. Longer delivery times may occur during promotional campaigns, holidays, and similar occasions. If GLS cannot deliver to a private address due to special circumstances, it will be delivered to a pickup point.
Keepers ships all orders over DKK 600 free of charge to pickup points in Denmark.
Keepers only delivers to mainland Denmark and connected islands, unless otherwise agreed
ARE THE GLOVES TOO BIG OR TOO SMALL?
We’ll gladly exchange them for the desired size.
All you need to do is send us an email at info@keepers.one with the desired size and pay DKK 100 to MobilePay number 998857.
This fee covers shipping of the new pair and return shipping.
We’ll send the new pair via GLS and include a return label and shipping bag. You use the return label and bag to send back the pair you want to exchange.
Keepers only delivers to mainland Denmark and connected islands, unless otherwise agreed

KEEPERS OUTLET
Products purchased in Keepers Outlet contain cosmetic defects. These products cannot be returned after purchase.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For consumer purchases made via phone or Internet, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
You have 14 days right of withdrawal from the day you receive your items. The right of withdrawal can only be used if the item is returned in substantially the same condition and quantity. The right of withdrawal is void if you use the item in a way that significantly reduces its sale value. Used goalkeeper gloves, for example, cannot be returned. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you can either refuse to accept the package or return the item to:

Please include a copy of the invoice for the purchased items as documentation that the returned items were bought from Keepers
If you refuse to accept the package or fail to collect it from the post office/pickup point, you will be charged for the shipping costs of GLS returning the package to us.
Keepers recommends returning items via GLS as parcel post. This way, the package can be tracked in GLS’s system, removing any doubt about whether the item has been delivered to Keepers.one. Additionally, you can trace the package if delivery hasn’t occurred. When returning, you are responsible for properly packaging the item and you bear the risk for the item from the time of its delivery.
You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase. Notice must be given to info@Keepers.one. In your message, you must clearly indicate that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
We may withhold refund until we have received the returned item, unless you have previously provided documentation of having returned it.
To use the right of withdrawal, the item must be handed over to GLS or another carrier no later than 14 days after receipt.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, please return the item in its original packaging. Missing original packaging reduces the sale value, and based on Keepers’ assessment, you will be credited a correspondingly lower amount equivalent to the reduction.
The following types of goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal:
Delivery of goods manufactured according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized,
Delivery of sealed goods which for health protection or hygiene reasons are not suitable for return if the seal has been broken after delivery.
Delivery of goods which, by their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
All training sessions agreed with Keepers, whether regular training, camps, etc., will not be refunded without a written agreement at least 2 hours before the scheduled training. Depending on circumstances, Keepers may still retain payment if your money has been used to purchase goods or services.
WARRANTY RIGHTS
Any defects or shortcomings in delivery from Keepers must be claimed within reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. You are obligated to specify and, upon request, demonstrate how the defect or shortcoming manifests itself. Generally, you can only complain about defects that appear within two years after receiving the item. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, not wear and tear from use.
Damage to the product due to operating errors, handling errors, modifications, or gross misuse by the user is not covered by the warranty.
EXERCISING WARRANTY RIGHTS
Complaints regarding defects and shortcomings must be reported to Keepers within reasonable time after receiving the item.

Please describe the item’s defect or shortcoming in connection with the complaint and provide the order number. The item must be sent back in secure packaging.
We do not accept items sent cash on delivery or without postage. Additionally, we do not collect packages that have been sent “without delivery” with PostNord, to a GLS pickup point or similar.
If you have sent an item for withdrawal or complaint, you will always receive an email when we have received the item. In the email, you will get information about the further process regarding the handling of your withdrawal/complaint.
SECURE RETURN
All products returned to Keepers must be securely packaged. If you have broken the product packaging, please contact customer service at info@Keepers.one.
We recommend returning the item via GLS as parcel post. This way, the package can be tracked in GLS’s system, removing any doubt about whether the item has been delivered to Keepers. Additionally, you can trace the package if delivery hasn’t occurred.
HOW WE HANDLE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION (PRIVACY POLICY)
To enter into an agreement with us at Keepers, you also accept our Privacy Policy/personal data policy. As a registered user at Keepers, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access what information is registered about you. These rights are yours under the Personal Data Act, and inquiries in this regard should be directed to Keepers via email

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
Agreement Formation
The subscription terms apply to all types of our subscriptions. Changes in name, address, email, or payment information must be immediately reported in writing to Keepers.one at info@Keepers.one, or changed via your account on our website. You will receive a receipt for your subscription agreement via email.
Changing Subscription Type
Changes in subscription type (monthly/bi-monthly etc.) are made without charge. The only additional cost that may occur is when upgrading from Classic Subscription to Pro Subscription. The change takes effect at the end of the existing period. It is a manual process. Write to info@keepers.one if you wish to do this.
Changing Color or Size of Keepers Gloves
Changes in color or size are made by sending an email to info@keepers.one. It is a manual process. The change takes effect with the next delivery of Keepers gloves.
Subscription Period and Cancellation
The agreement is valid from the day you enter into the subscription agreement and continues until you cancel the subscription or in case of non-payment. The subscription can be cancelled whenever you wish, with immediate effect unless you have a binding period. Your subscription must be cancelled with the same notice period as your interval; if you cancel mid-period, the amount will not be refunded. However, the subscription must be cancelled before we have sent the relevant delivery; if you have already received the delivery, you must use the right of withdrawal. Cancellation must be made in writing to Keepers.one at info@Keepers.one or by letter to the address

When will my subscription payment be charged?
Payment for your subscription will be charged monthly. When the money is charged, you will receive an email with information about the amount and what the order contains. The amount charged will match the subscription solution you have ordered. The money is charged on the day your subscription is renewed according to the date you created your subscription. Your order will always be sent the first business day after your order. This will also apply to your future receipts of our subscription solutions.
Payment
If payment is not made by the due date, a fee of DKK 100 and up to 10% of the invoice amount will be charged for each reminder. For late payment, Keepers.one reserves the right to charge default interest according to the Interest Act §5, section 1. If subscription payment is not received, Keepers.one may terminate the subscription agreement without notice.
Changing Payment Information on Your Subscription
If you get a new payment card or change your payment information under other circumstances, it’s important that you go to your profile and update your information. If you don’t update your information, Keepers.one will not be able to charge payment for your order, and you will not receive any items. If you are in doubt, you are welcome to contact us at info@Keepers.one. Alternatively, you can delete your subscription and create a new one with the correct card details.
Changes to the Subscription Terms?
Changes to this agreement that will be to the customer’s advantage, including price and fee reductions, can be made by www.Keepers.one without prior notice. Changes to this agreement to the customer’s disadvantage, including price and fee increases, will be notified with a minimum notice of 30 days.
You must be 18 years or older to create a subscription with Keepers.one. If you are under 18, Keepers.one must have consent from your parents. Keepers.one cannot be held responsible if the user is under 18 years
You are considered to have approved the changes if you haven’t notified us otherwise before the date when the changes take effect. Current prices and subscription terms are available at www.Keepers.one
Breach of Contract
If you breach your subscription agreement or subscription terms, Keepers.one is entitled to terminate your subscription without notice.
Processing of Personal Information
To administer your subscription, Keepers.one processes various information about you, including name, address, phone number, email, and other matters relevant to your subscription. By signing up for a subscription, you consent to us using the information for administering your subscription and for statistical purposes.
Electronic and Telephone Contact
As a condition of creating a membership with Keepers.one, you also consent to Keepers.one contacting you by electronic mail and telephone. You will receive electronic messages in the form of emails to your registered email address and SMS messages to the registered mobile phone number.
Keepers.one will contact you via electronic mail with information about updates, changes, etc. regarding your membership with Keepers.one. You may also be contacted by phone on the registered mobile phone number with service/guidance on how to get the most out of your current membership. You can unsubscribe from these messages at any time by replying “UNSUBSCRIBE” in one of the emails we send you.

If we cannot find a solution, you can submit a complaint to relevant boards in the area, provided the conditions are met. Complaints about general goods should be directed to the Consumer Complaints Board or create a case through the new European consumer portal ODR.
